Apache ActiveMQ -- ActiveMQ-CPP 3.0.1 Release

New and Noteworthy

This is a bugfix release that mainly addresses problems found in the Failover support added in the initial 3.0 release.

NOTE: Compatible with ActiveMQ Broker versions in the 4.X and 5.X family

This release is based on the CMS 1.3 API.
